Edit - No one have ever called me back and no appointment was set. at least be honest with the information you share!!! call them to set an appointment to change light bulb - the guy that answered me said they have the part and after couple of minutes said he will have to order it and it might take couple of hours - I have mention that I have to replace the bulb same/next day as I have to leave to BC. he took my phone number and promised to call back in an hour, two tops. waited for hours and didn't got any call back - tried to call them again no answer .. called the next day - same thing no answer. .. NOT the firs time with this location - once they canceled my appointment and didn't even informed anyone until I got there and got such a rude respond from the guy who set at the reception! what a great customer service - went to anther place and got everything done in no time with and exceptional service Thanks for nothing
Hi Laurita, At Mint Auto Service, we take any review under 5-stars quite seriously. Upon further investigation, our service manager did order your bulbs (they are actually still sitting at the shop) as soon as he spoke with you. He advised you to return at 3:00pm for the installation that same day. The bulbs arrived within the hour as soon as he got off the phone with you, he called you to let you know they had arrived and you did not answer. You also did not make the 3:00pm appointment as was discussed. As for the other instance you mention, we do not cancel appointments on our customer's, this is one of our company's policies.
