Had my Yukon in yesterday for a no start diagnosis. They found the fuel pump needed replacing and got the job done same day and saved me some Money where they could.

Warren was great to deal with. He was very forthcoming and transparent and I believe he was helping me make the right choices for my brake replacement. Pricing was comparable to the other quotes I was getting, but being on the Neo Rewards network made me pick them.

Warren and the mechanics here are amazing very friendly I will never go anywhere else!

Would definitely not use this company again. Booked my vehicle in for a winter tire change. Appointment was for 8am and when making the booking was told I could wait for the vehicle as the tire change would take approximately 1.5 hours. This turned out not to be the case and their excuse was that they had overbooked appointments.I was told to return at around 11.30am. Went back to fetch the vehicle at 12pm and found that my GMC tire valve caps had been replaced with black plastic ones, my plastic tire covers had been destroyed and they had no replacements to offer and most importantly they had not recalibrated my tire pressure monitoring system. When I queried about the tire pressure monitoring system not being recalibrated I was told to make another appointment to have it done. Due to the inconvenience of having to take the vehicle back and the bad service I received I will be attending to the tire pressure monitoring system myself

Exceptional customer service especially from Joy. Had my car towed there to be looked at the next day. There was a slight hiccup where we thought it was fixed but there seemed to be another problem but they were incredibly apologetic and took care of it right away. They even went as far as offering me a ride home. Not to mention it was extremely reasonably priced as well. Truly went above and beyond.

A professional team and a friendly atmosphere. As a newcomer who just moved to Ab, I felt warmly welcomed. Manager Warren is a kind-hearted person who patiently helped me analyze the issues with my vehicle and provided a reasonable solution.
