These guys can't even pay their employees on time. I worked in this Mickey mouse shop for a week and then didn't pay me. Imagine what they do to customers when they treat employees this way. And no confusion Juan your shops are scams. My name in Google isn't my real name. Like it's 2023

2 weeks ago, brought my Toyota Sienna 2004 to check on sounds at the driver’s side wheel and to check on the brakes. Kurt is always very helpful, and the technician did a very good job in detecting the sounds and repairing it. Now i feel safer knowing the sound is gone and the brakes are still good to go. Another thing is Kurt explained the price clearly, and i find it reasonable. (Jacob)

These are exceptionally helpful, honest humble people. My car was stalling, I was very worried, incase this breaks down in the middle of no where so I called Mint Auto for an emergency appointment. The kind receptionist was able to accommodate me the very same day. Once I got there, Sean a very kind, humble & knowledgable car mechanic took my car straight in. He woked with his colleague to figure out an insect had got into my Mass Air Flow sensor causing it to malfunction. It took them 30 minutes & then they wont charge me for fixing my car in an emergency. I had to literally, request them, to please kindly bill me something & the kind receptionist was humble to bill me $36+ GST. You can see the ethics, kindness & willingness to help someone. From what I have seen, they treat everyone the same.

I had a regrettable experience at the Mint Auto located on 17th Avenue. I initially brought my vehicle in with a suspected issue: a broken vertical shift cable. After their supposed inspection, I was informed that I needed a costly transmission replacement, amounting to $2800. Additionally, they charged me $80 for their inspection services. What raised further concerns was the fact that my car remained untouched during its stay at the shop, as the shift boot had not been removed and the car had not been moved. Frustrated by this, I went for a second opinion from a reputable transmission shop. To my relief, they confirmed my suspicion that it was indeed a broken shift cable, which incurred a reasonable repair cost of $500. Adding to my dissatisfaction, one of the employees at Mint Auto on 17th tried to convince me to sell my car to his friend, who specializes in buying and selling vehicles. This was clearly an attempt to exploit the situation for personal gain. My experience at this shop was extremely disappointing and concerning. Not only did they misdiagnose my car's issue, suggesting an unnecessary and expensive repair, but they also charged me for an inspection that was incomplete. Their unethical attempt to push me into selling my car only added to my dissatisfaction. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering this shop for their automotive needs.

Great experience. Very efficient, quick and friendly! Managed to fit me in for a wheel alignment as well, even though they were very busy!
