Thank you Warren!!! I came today as I had been told I would probably need something done to my ignition. When I explained to Warren what was going on, he asked me when did I last replace my battery in my Key fob. He offered to put in a new battery & then try in my car. My car started with no problem's. Had he not taken the time to inquire more , it would have cost me for labour. I have been dealing with Mint Auto for years now. I have always had my oil changes & my auto repairs done here. I have always had great service, & their pricing is always very reasonable, compared to other places. I would highly recommend Mint Auto.
This is the worst service in this city! They smeared the car interior, scratched it. There was an expensive jacket in the interior, now it is dirty. This is the second time! I gave it a chance, last time they broke the trunk mechanism and scratched the plastic. No one apologized, only stupid stupid answers.
Thank you to Warren and the mechanics at Mint Bowness for going above and beyond in fixing my exhaust problem on my Ford Escape. The work they did was top notch and my vehicle runs and sounds great. Will recommend them to all my coworkers and friends.

**!!Customer beware **!!- especially ladies**!! they charged me $91.83 just to look at my vehicle, as it has an oil leak. I took it in & waited 2hours for them to look at it and when I came back they said it would be $1382 to fix it AND that I had to pay for the mechanic to look at it for $91.83. Warren would wave the $91.83 if I would leave the vehicle with them. Something told me it was too high… I’ve never in my life had to pay for a mechanic to just look at my vehicle as he was not up front with me about this additional fee of $91.83. I took my vehicle to his competition and showed them Mint Auto Service -Bowness quote and they fixed it up for 1/2 the price. $734.78 is very different then $1,382.50.
I took my car in because I received a vehicle report from a different autoshop that my brake pads needed replacing. Mint Auto got me in right away and did a full review only to discover that my brake pads still had lots of life in them. They called me and walked me through everything they did and were incredibly helpful in their explanation. Mint Auto is officially my new "go-to" spot because of that experience
