Brought my car in after an accident. Said it would cost around $5k to fix the spindle which I have now done myself which cost me $140. They left my car in their lot unlocked with the keys on the front seat. There was ashes on my passenger seat from a cigarettes' and all the money in my console was gone. They charged me $630. $300 for a tow which is understandable, $50 for parts they used when they didn't even fix anything? and the rest for labor. On top of all that the part under my car that you'd normally put the jack on was bent, which it wasn't before I sent it in. and also my jack was nowhere to be found, the one that comes with the car. Overall bad experience and they overcharged me for nothing. Edit: you're just straight wrong, the keys were left on my seat. Everything the owner is saying is just a lie. Don't trust these snakes!! 😬
Hi Carter, we take any review under 5-stars quite seriously. Unfortunately your vehicle was involved in a serious accident and was completely non-drivable at the time that it had arrived. The quote you received was to rebuild the affected area that was damaged, back to a safe standard. Having said that, even with all of the repairs completed, the vehicle would have required a wheel-alignment which that service in itself is more than the amount you mentioned you repaired your vehicle for. I don't think there is a realistic price comparison being done here. Our staff would never smoke in a customer's vehicle or go through anyone's belongings. I am quite shocked to see this sort of accusation on your review. As for your keys, they were physically handed to you once the bill was paid by our Service Manager Joel.
