Big thank you to Steve and Conor at the Westbrook location! After being to various dealerships, we have lost total faith in anything they tell us - so we brought our jeep wrangler to Speedy Apollo for a 2nd opinion/inspection. They were professional, listened to all of our concerns and went through the list the dealership provided us with for work that "needed to be done" and gave an honest opinion of what actually needed to be done. Took my car to Canadian Tire to have my car checked out and was quoted $2500, brought it here for a second opinion and was very happy with the results! Steve was able to take a look at my car and have it fixed very last minute on a Friday afternoon for a fraction of the cost. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Words cannot explain the professionalism and integrity of the shop and it’s employees. I brought my car in for a brake inspection and quickly the team was able to do the inspection and diagnose an issue that turned out to be an immediate safety concern. The team was honest about the repairs and associated cost with the repairs. The team was transparent with me and placed my safety as a top priority. Unfortunately the vehicle was in a condition that couldn’t be repaired but instead of scamming me like many mechanic shops do with single women, this team explained all my options and supported me in taking the appropriate course of action. The shop cared more about my personal safety than making money from vehicle. A huge shoutout to Joel and Tony for being professional, transparent and having high integrity. This shop truly cares for all their customers and are more honest than all other shops combined.
