I don't recommend this service. I changed my tires there, they scratched my interior, the car was very dirty after them and my trunk doesn’t work now good. My tires were in the trunk on a blanket. Your employees pulled out the wheels through the back door, no one drives in the back of my car and it’s always very clean there, as there are usually documents or my things lying around. I had to wipe off all the dirt with wet wipes after your service. I regret that I didn't take photos. I also have a lot of new scratches on the plastic in the interior. I don’t like writing this and it was unpleasant for me to see all this. The door in the trunk stopped closing with the remote control after you provided me with service. Perhaps someone opened and closed the trunk using their hands rather than a button. Perhaps this is a coincidence, but there are too many unpleasant moments. Sorry, but you need to be more careful with customers' cars.
Hi Kateryna, At Mint Auto Service, we take any review under 5-stars quite seriously. We do not appreciate false accusations from our customers as we pride ourselves in 100% transparency and honesty. You came in for a tire changeover service, which is completely unrelated to do anything with your power trunk. Still, we provided a complimentary inspection on the issue and found the motor was burnt out on your power lift gate system. It is unfortunate however we had nothing to do with this failure. We also do not know how you claim your car was "dirty" or scratched since all of our technicians use seat protectors and gloves while working on all vehicles. You claim we are "pretending" it wasn't us when we have yet to even hear from you and the person who drops off and picks up your vehicle mentioned nothing.
