I would like to say what a refreshing change it was to deal with a business who provided such exceptional customer service. I'm a single woman who was interested in purchasing a 3 year old SUV that was advertised on Kijiji. There was some slight damage on the exterior and I didn`t want to be stuck with a car that would need a lot of mechanical work. Due to time constraints on the seller's part, he said that the inspection would have to be done the following day-Friday. I found that the situation was moving too quickly and didn`t want to be pressured into buying it without having an inspection done at a place of my choosing. My friend recommended that I call the place where she had been taking her vehicle, Integron Auto Centre. I called them Thursday and explained my circumstances to Jay, the manager. He booked an appointment for the inspection at noon on Friday. Other than needing a wheel alignment it was in good shape mechanically. They had also inspected the interior and exterior of the vehicle and pointed out some damages that I hadn`t seen. After mentioning to Jay that I was going to buy snow/ice tires he sourced some for me at an excellent price. All of the staff I had dealings with were polite, respectful, honest and very helpful. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop. The reception area was spotless and the bathrooms were immaculate. Huge improvement over the shop where I have been dealing. Had my van in recently for service. Jay was really easy to work with. I found he really listened to my concerns and was able to explain my repairs well. Their pricing is more than fair and the service was exceptional. I will definitely be bringing my family vehicles there from now on. Thank you to Jay and his team for their outstanding work! I will be recommending this shop to all my friends and family.

I went there for replacing broken tire bolt studs. They performed the work as per their quote within a day without an appointment. They also rotated my tires and performed a diagnostic of the whole. Really happy with their work.

They are absolutely amazing! We purchased our winter tires with them. They priced out 3 options for us (good, better, best). They brought them in the day we chose them and got them mounted on our rims (and that's after they checked to see if our second hand rims we purchased would work on our vehicle - for no charge!) We came back on the next business day and had them installed. Amazing service and incredibly friendly! I had my 3 kids in tow and they were so understanding. I would highly recommend them to everyone. You will not be disappointed!!

Tim the owner, manager at the Westbrook could teach a course on customer service highlighting how to deal with female customers. I'd reciently moved to this area of the city and found I needed my muffler replaced on my six year old car. I was pleased to discover that this location was a full service operation because I was impressed with the service from start to finish. So when my car stalled at a major intersection after a 12 hour drive I knew I wanted it towed to Tim even though it was across the city. He called me the next morning after an assessment explaining that it was the transmission and that I needed to take it to the dealer. He had researched the make and model and found that my transmission was still under warranty Given this information I called the dealer only to be told that my warranty had expired. When I relayed this to Tim he not only copied the actual warranty information for me he even called the manufacturer's help line and verified that a vehicle with my car's serial number was in fact still under warranty. Tim said "Grace I'd love to take your money and I won't do that because I couldn't sleep at night". Armed with the information Tim had assembled for me I returned to the dealer and the work is being done under the warranty. Thank you Tim and your Westbrook Crew for going beyond and helping this senior woman who would not have known to challenge the dealer. Thank you too for not making me feel like an idiot when you were explaining the situation. Grace Adamson
