Dropped in without appointment and they quickly diagnosed my problem and had me repaired in an hour. Yes repairs can take longer however they at least looked at it ASAP and I knew my situation. Very professional and courteous. Thanks

Very impressed with the customer service and turnaround time!! Jay was very professional in the way he helped me understand the work that was done and with any future repairs and work that I would need in the future. I didn't feel pushed into having anything done right then and there, and I was even given timelines as to when the future work may need to be looked at. I will definitely be referring this location to anyone needing vehicle repairs!

I took my car in last week on an emergency basis for a grinding noise which I though was in the brakes. Jay, the manager is fantastic. They were able to get me in ASAP and figure out what the issue was. I was also even given a loaner car free of charge as it took a couple of days to figure things out. The cost also ended up being even cheaper in the end, which was a fantastic. Nothing but great things to say about this place and the manager, Jay. It's nice to have finally found an auto shop that really cares about their customers! I will definitely be back for all future vehicle needs!!

Integron has been my go to mechanic shop for some time now. Everything from major work and the regular oil changes. With experienced and driven technicians in the shop, and Jay's outstanding customer service this is by far the best shop I've found in the city. Great customer service. These guys are completely honest and actually tried to save me money by recommending against repairs that the dealership suggested. Prices are very competitive as well.
