My car AC failed for the first time in 16 years of driving and I took it in to Speedy Apollo. I dropped the car off at 9 AM. The guys found the root of the problem and suggested the proper course of action before noon, and my car was ready to go before the end of the day. Haven't had any issues with the AC since. Speedy and painless!

My SUV was having NOISE, a lot of NOISE (under the hood and inside the vehile - passenger seat side) quite a bit time till a sudden unbearable noise came out a week ago, my wife was even frightened not to drive it any more. I placed a call to Tim's shop and he explored the possible reasons with very high professionalism, then advised me to drop my SUV to the shop in the first business day of the new year (VERY BUSY). Tim's team picked out the trouble-makers (the Idler Pulley assembly got worn-out and endangered other related parts) and replaced with correct ones within very short time plus a complementary chassis inspection. Oops! My SUV got saved!!! I was surprised by the quick responses, great communication (I am not familiar with car structure and stuff), fair price, professionalism, friendliness of Tim and his team. Took my vehicle here for an out of province inspection. It initially didnt pass, but I was explained exactly what I needed to do to get it to. More than anything, I was pleased with their honesty and efficiency. A Mr. lube not too long before had told me I needed some fluids changed, but Speedy Apollo assured me that I didnt, and that Mr Lube was just trying to make a buck. I HIGHLY recommend going here for anything, especially if you dont know much about cars and have been ripped off before, you can trust this place

What can I say - the dealership charged me $149 to investigate a rattle in my Jeep's suspension, told me sway bar bushings were worn and I needed a whole new swaybar assembly for $800 + labor. Seemed fishy. So I took it to Speedy Apollo for a second opinion and received great service. Within an hour they had determined it was only a broken link that needed replacement. They didn't try to upsell me any extra parts or repairs. A few hours later they called to say it was fixed. Rattle gone. Problem solved. The total price? Less than a third of what the dealership wanted just for the parts. I will be going back!

Speedy Apollo Westhills did great work and provided excellent communication. There was a number of issues with my vehicle, but they broke it down to the problems that were absolutely necessary to fix so that it was affordable for myself. Being a student, paying a huge amount of money at once isn't always an option and Speedy Apollo understands budgeting. The work done was well explained and they provide 20000km or 1 year of warranty to garuntee the work. Friendly service and a place that knows how to work with people. Also, they are walking distance from the Westbrook LRT, which makes convenient pick up/drop off. Would recommend to friends/family.
