I am glad I found this place for my vehicle, its hard to find a shop that you can trust, with decent prices follow up with integrity.

The few times I have been into the shop it has been a great experience. The shop staff are fun and honest! Brock fixed up both my cars great!

Thank you gentleman for once again providing excellent service to my vehicle. Again work is done swiftly and done with extreme professionalism. Your ability to locate the right part at a fair price and in town goes a long way of always getting me in and out of your shop quickly. i thank you once a again for a job well done. You know I have been using your shop for over 15 years now and have never been surprised at the cost ( usually less than quoted ) or the proficient quality of your staff. Great to have you in the neighbourhood. I also would like to thank you for having taken care of friends and family that I have sent your direction. They have nothing but praise to say about your shop. Thanks again, keep up the great service. I might add that I have found and used less expensive parts and have had them replaced due to inferior quality. The parts you fellows use do work and keep working, no need to look my self for less expensive parts, as i now know that they are of a lesser quality and will fail in a short time frame. Nothing like trying to save a nickle and end up paying a dime. Lesson learnt!

I had a wonderful experience at Integron, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had an oil change done and they gave my truck a free inspection for wear and tear. The mechanic found a few minor issues that need to be addressed in the future but gave me no pressure to fix the problems that day, they simply noted them on my file for the next time I go in. I am happy to say that I have found my new mechanic!

This is a fantastic shop conveniently located in SE Calgary. If you live in the area, definitely check it out - I have had my car serviced there several times and was able to not only get excellent customer service, but they also provided me with an awesome loaner car (which was free!!)! Makes your life so much easier, if you depend on your vehicle for your daily commute to work.The turnaround time in getting my vehicle back also helped alleviate any stresses or disruptions in my routine. It was nice to walk in and see a clean entrance area and some friendly smiling faces behind the front desk. They were happy to answer any and all of my questions, and were extremely knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them to anyone - especially my family and friends (very trustworthy shop and employees!) ADDED BONUS!! There is Roadside Assistance included with the warranty... Doesn't get much better than that!!

We brought our 2004 MDX to Integron Auto for an overall check up and the staff were friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating. We are the 3rd owner of the vehicle and the maintenance history was non existent. The mechanic did a very thorough check over on the whole vehicle and provided a detailed report to review. They flagged many potential issues and explained which items should be addressed right away and which items could wait. The best part about this place is that the mechanics are honest and do great work. The kept me updated with the ongoing work and provided a loaner vehicle while the vehicle was being serviced. I would recommend Integron Auto to anyone looking for honest, accurate, and efficient vehicle maintenance. I will always have my vehicle maintenance and repairs done at this shop. Great work guys (and girls)!

I have had a variety of work done on my car from oil changes to after market parts installation and I have always found the staff to be professional, knowledgeable and fair. My car has always been done on time and a loaner provided when needed. Chad (manager) took the time to explain part co-dependencies and explained why I should really stop and think about installing some aftermarket parts. I could easily have been taken advantage of; but the staff chose to give honest advice and help educate me as the client. I will be continuing as a client and I recommend them to all.

Love the guys and gals at Integron auto, they are a bunch of straight shooters to say the least. Always felt they've given me the right advice, straight up, they lay all the information out in front of me and let me decide whats best for my vehicle. Finding a new mechanic can be extremely daunting, i've put my trust and money in these fine folks and do not regret it the slightest. Great customer service, charming and intelligent front end staff, quick service (I've never booked an appointment, and its always been done in 24 hrs), and above all else a staff who are committed to educating clients and providing them with the best maintenance possible.
